A local Plumbing and Heating Company in Seaside is currently looking for a dispatcher, other office duties will be required.
The hours for this job are:
Monday-Friday: 2:30pm to 7pm
Saturday: 8am to 4pm
Your job duties will include, but are not limited to:
*Answer multiple phone lines
*Create daily work schedules
*Typing various documents
*Customer file maintenance
*Handling customer requests
*Customer mailings
*And other misc. office duties and special projects
We are looking for an individual that is self-motivated and organized. You must have one year previous office experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and have proficient typing skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Prepare monthly customer cost reports and interact with customers.
§ Develop budgets, calculate earned value, prepare estimates at completion, and provide cost/schedule variance analysis.
§ Prepare staffing plans.
§ Forecast program profitability and present variance analyses to senior mgt.
§ Prepare sales and order forecasts.
§ Analyze statements of work and provide guidance for creation of work breakdown structures.
§ Generate pricing proposals and support fact-finding and negotiations.
§ Analyze funding requirements.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
§ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or Program Planning.
§ 5 years of program planning and pricing experience working with government fixed price and cost type contracts.
§ Experience with computer based scheduling and control systems (JDE and Tiger preferred).
§ Knowledgeable about EVMS (earned value management systems) and FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
§ Excellent team, communication, and verbal skills.
§ Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
§ Familiarity with MPM (Micro Frame manager) and Crystal Reports preferred.
